Domestic Sales Support

Title: Up Sales Executive – Indigo Airlines
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 Per Month
Location: Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurgaon
Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Freshers are also eligible

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Enhancement

• Promote and upsell Indigo services, add-on benefits, and ongoing offers.
• Consistently meet individual as well as team-based sales targets.
• Encourage repeat customers through effective interaction and engagement.

Customer Interaction

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Provide precise information regarding fares, bookings, and airline policies.
• Address customer concerns quickly to ensure high satisfaction.

Operations & Documentation

• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer data in the system.
• Adhere to standard sales procedures, quality norms, and compliance rules.
• Share relevant insights, feedback, and market trends with the team for improvement.

Learning & Growth

• Attend regular training programs to improve product understanding.
• Adapt to new sales techniques, updates, and organizational changes.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication with strong persuasion abilities.
• Target-driven attitude with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Customer-oriented behavior with a positive and proactive approach.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage).
• Collaborative mindset with an energetic and enthusiastic personality.
