Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST

Handle the full recruitment life cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up until closure.
Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Understand job descriptions and identify the most relevant profiles quickly.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and update status reports regularly.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Support senior recruiters and HR team in bulk or niche hiring requirements.

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Domestic (India-based) Recruitment – IT or Non-IT.
Basic understanding of the recruitment process and sourcing methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, TimesJobs, Shine, etc.).
Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
