About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Domestic & Inbound Tour Consultant to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of Indian destinations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design memorable travel experiences for both individual and group travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design customized itineraries for domestic and inbound travel within India.
• Handle client queries efficiently via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Prepare costings, quotations, and travel proposals as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with hotels, transporters, and local suppliers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Manage bookings, confirmations, and pre/post-tour support.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and deliver top-notch service.
• Stay updated on new destinations, tourism trends, and supplier offerings.
• Handle travel documentation, vouchers, and feedback follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Domestic or Inbound Tour operations.
• Strong destination knowledge of popular Indian circuits (North India, South India, Rajasthan, Kerala, Himachal, Kashmir, Andaman, Goa etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office, emails, and basic reservation systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle deadlines, and work independently or in a team.
• Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Related Field preferred.
