Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for freshers who are interested in travel and tourism to join our team as Domestic Hotel Reservation Executive B2B. The role includes handling hotel bookings for travel agents, searching for the best rates, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with domestic holiday packages. Training will be provided. This position is suitable for students or fresh graduates who want to build a career in travel operations and hotel reservations.

Job Responsibilities (Simple & B2B Focused):

Handling domestic hotel reservations for B2B travel agents
Searching hotels on portals and coordinating with vendors to get best rates
Preparing hotel options and sharing them with B2B partners
Communicating with vendors, hotels, and suppliers for confirmations
Assisting in creating basic domestic itineraries
Managing customer enquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Following up on pending bookings and ensuring smooth confirmations
Learning and using online travel portals for rate checks and bookings

Desired Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of Indian tourist destinations (training will be provided)
Interest in travel, tourism, and hotel booking
Ability to search information online and work on portals
Positive attitude and willingness to learn B2B reservation process

Qualification

Any Graduate / Travel & Tourism Diploma / IATA / Hospitality
