Domain Trainer

As a Warehouse Training Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver structured training sessions on warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. You will play a crucial role in evaluating the performance of warehouse supervisors and providing targeted coaching, feedback, and recommendations for process improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and updating training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensuring compliance with industry standards. To excel in this role, you must possess strong expertise in warehouse management systems, logistics workflow, and safety regulations. Your excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in training adult learners will be essential in conducting effective training sessions. A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, along with extensive hands-on experience in warehouse supervision, is typically required for this position. This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational qualification. You should have at least 1 year of teaching experience and be proficient in English. Knowledge of Telugu language is also preferred.
