Inviting applications for the role of Domain Trainee/Management Trainee- Finance Control & Governance (Finance System Maintenance)Responsibilities:.System Administration - Manage day-to-day Oracle Finance administrative tasks, including user access, roles, and profile maintenance.System Feeds & Interfaces - Monitor and maintain data feeds between Oracle and subledger systems, ensuring timely and accurate data flow.Financial Systems Support - Provide technical and functional support for finance applications, troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with IT or vendors for resolution.Reporting & Data Validation - Develop, validate, and maintain financial and operational reports, ensuring data integrity across systems.Master Data Management - Oversee chart of accounts, vendor, and entity setups, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.Month-End Support - Assist in period close activities by ensuring system readiness, posting validations, and reconciliations across modules.Continuous Improvement - Identify and implement process automation and system enhancement opportunities to improve efficiency and governance.Minimum Qualifications:.Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Computer Science.Relevant years of hands-on experience with Oracle Financials (E-Business Suite / Fusion Cloud) modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM.Familiarity with finance subledger systems (e.g., Hyperion, BlackLine, TM1, Workiva, Anaplan, etc.).Strong understanding of data interfaces, system feeds, and reporting tools (e.g., Oracle BI, Smart View, SQL).Experience in system administration, user provisioning, and configuration management


Preferred Skill Set:.Good understanding of finance processes - General Ledger, Financial Close, Reconciliations, and Reporting.Exposure to controls, compliance, and audit frameworks within finance systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to collaborate with Finance, IT, and Audit teams.Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
