Domain Solutions Architect

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Design and develop tailored end-to-end solution architectures that meet specific customer requirements.
• Coordinate cross-business group activities during the initial phase of solution development to ensure alignment and integration.
• Capture, manage, and translate functional and non-functional requirements using industry best practices.
• Lead the design process, creating both high-level and low-level architecture designs to achieve market positioning objectives.
• Ensure solution integrity over time by applying architectural standards and validating that client requirements are met.
• Conduct thorough research and evaluation of specialized domain solutions to address unique customer needs.
• Act as a professional leader within a team, mentoring staff and fostering best practices in solution architecture.
• Drive strategic decision-making and solve complex problems, contributing to the overall direction and success of the organization.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

• 5-8 years of proven experience in solution architecture or equivalent role.
• Strong competency in capturing and managing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Expertise in developing end-to-end solutions with high and low-level architectural design.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional and cross-business group activities for solution development.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience in leading functional teams or projects with moderate complexity.
• Familiarity with current trends and best practices in solution architecture.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
• Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
