Domain Lead

As a global Supplier Management Specialist, your main responsibility will be to perform strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, finalizing yearly rate cards, contract performance, and risk management based on the established scope of work with a client. You will also participate in client interactions to understand pain points, seek clarifications, present proposed solutions, and select suppliers in collaboration with Category Managers. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering information on upcoming contract renewals, sourcing projects, supplier rationalization, consolidation, negotiation, contract management, project closeout, procurement reporting, and maintaining contractual relationships with vendors. Moreover, you will need to develop best procurement practices, build strong relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction, align project spend with customers and internal teams, act as a single point of contact for the customer team for a specific category globally, and lead a team supporting globally. Monthly synchronization with sourcing buyers to review targets and achievements will also be a part of your responsibilities.
