Domain Consultant L4

Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant in the team, your main focus will be on implementing roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, diagnosing gaps, defining business requirements and functionalities, applying best practices, facilitating meetings, and contributing to project planning. You are expected to play a key role in building solutions for clients and the practice. Your role involves handling higher scale and complexity projects compared to a Consultant profile, and being proactive in client interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Take on the main client contact role, leading engagements with 10-20% support from Consulting & Client Partners. - Develop, assess, and validate clients" business strategies, including industry and competitive positioning, and strategic direction. - Create solutions and services tailored to align with clients" business strategies. - Estimate scope and liability for delivering the end product/solution. - Identify opportunities to drive revenue in both existing and new areas. - Lead engagements and oversee contributions from others at the customer end, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded. - Drive the creation of proposals and engage in presales activities for the engagement and new accounts. - Contribute to the development of practice policies, procedures, frameworks, etc. - Provide guidance to less experienced team members to deliver solutions effectively. - Lead the development of go-to-market/off-the-shelf/point solutions and process methodologies for reuse. - Create reusable Intellectual Property (IP) from managed projects. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, etc.). - Proven experience in business process analysis, data analysis, and developing business strategies. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. - Ability to lead and drive engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and project success. - Experience in developing reusable solutions and methodologies for business processes.,
