As a DocuSign CLM Developer at Cognizant, you will be responsible for configuring workflow logic for contract lifecycle stages, including initiation, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal. This involves building complex templates with conditional fields, clauses, fallback language, and dynamic content blocks. Your role will also include developing user roles and access policies tailored for legal, sales, procurement, and external collaborators. Furthermore, you will implement and maintain smart actions, triggers, notifications, and escalations within DocuSign CLM. Customizing clause libraries and fallback logic for different contract types such as MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also support sandbox testing and business rule simulation before production deployment. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in CLM configurations, workflows, templates, permissions, and business rules. A strong understanding of DocuSign APIs and DocuSign Connect integrations is essential. You should also be capable of mapping business requirements to technical configuration effectively.
