Job Description

As a Lead Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience, your role will involve leading the development and maintenance of Documentum-based applications. You will ensure that these applications meet business requirements and compliance standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design and implementation of Documentum xCP solutions to streamline business processes. - Providing technical expertise in Documentum Process Builder to create and manage workflows efficiently. - Utilizing Documentum D2 to configure and customize the user interface according to business needs. - Administering Documentum environments to ensure optimal performance and security. - Developing and maintaining Documentum Foundation Classes to support application functionality. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensuring all Documentum applications are compliant with regulatory standards and best practices. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Documentum applications to minimize downtime. - Mentoring and guiding junior developers to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. - Staying updated with the latest Documentum technologies and industry trends to continuously improve applications. - Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Preparing and maintaining technical documentation for all Documentum applications. To qualify for this role, you should possess: - A minimum of 8 years of experience in Documentum technologies including xCP, Process Builder, D2 Administrator, and Foundation Classes. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience in Research and Development or Regulatory Compliance domains (a plus). - A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - A relevant certification in Documentum technologies or related fields. Please note that a Documentum Certified Technical Architect (DCTA) or equivalent certification is required for this role.,
