Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements for technical documentation based on use cases and target audiences.
• Draft and manage creation of user manuals, software descriptions, catalogues, online help, and other digital/printed documents.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external technical writers and illustrators.
• Collaborate closely with Product/Offer Management, Engineering, Project Management, and Communication teams.
• Plan and deliver technical documentation, technical videos, and 3D digital assets.
• Ensure quality, usability, safety compliance, and adherence to corporate identity in all documents.
• Mentor and train junior writers, supporting skill development.
• Organize and manage the localization process for global documentation needs.
• Ensure availability of accurate documentation data in internal systems for production, logistics, and other stakeholders.
• Work with tools like Arbortext, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and other authoring or desktop publishing tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; additional qualification in technical writing preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Technical Writer and at least 3 years in a Documentation Leader role.
• Strong ability to simplify complex product information using clear writing, illustrations, animations, and videos.
• Experience in reviewing and editing technical documentation.
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and control multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with standard office software, authoring tools, desktop publishing software, and project management tools.
• Understanding of both hardware and software development processes; exposure to agile methodology is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and positive attitude.
