Job Description

As a Documentation Executive, you will play a crucial role in handling client documentation for visa and immigration processes. Your attention to detail and dedication will ensure that all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, verify, and organize client documents according to visa and immigration requirements. - Ensure all forms and supporting documents are error-free and complete. - Systematically maintain and update client files and records. - Request any missing or additional documentation from clients. - Track application progress by coordinating with internal teams. - Prepare files for submission to embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities. - Safeguard client data with confidentiality and security measures. Requirements: - Male candidates are preferred for this role. - Minimum qualification required is a Graduate degree in any stream or Diploma. - Freshers are welcome to apply; experience in documentation, immigration, or visa processing is a plus. - Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms. - Capable of managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines. - Basic computer proficiency in MS Office, email, scanning, etc. The company is offering a Full-time job opportunity with a Day shift schedule at an in-person work location.,
