Documentation Assistant

Job Overview:

Ornate Quality Services is urgently hiring for the position of Reviewer. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers, 12th pass candidates, and recent graduates. As a Documentation Assistant, you will be responsible for thoroughly checking inspection reports and correcting errors before final submission. Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify inspection reports for formatting, accuracy, and completeness
• Correct spelling, grammar, and data-entry errors
• Ensure compliance with company standards and formats
• Coordinate with inspection engineers for clarification when needed
• Maintain organized digital records of revised reports

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to spot errors
• Good written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow structured processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Eligibility:

• 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate (Any stream)
• Freshers are welcome to apply
