Document Design Specialist - Senior Associate

As a Brand Support Specialist at PwC, you will be responsible for addressing brand-related inquiries from across the network in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Your main tasks will include providing clear and consistent answers to incoming brand-related questions, utilizing standard responses and brand guidelines when appropriate. Additionally, you will escalate issues when necessary, manage a high volume of inquiries while adhering to service level agreements, and direct specialized questions to subject matter experts for effective resolution. Your commitment to learning, strong collaboration skills, and solid understanding of brand standards will be crucial in this fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand client requirements and deliver designs according to industry standards using MS Suite, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Create high-end value-added designs including proposals, presentations, brochures, infographics, mailers, and banners. - Develop short PPT/GIF animations to enhance visual content. - Enhance the overall look and feel of standard documents while applying brand guidelines effectively. - Ensure high standards of quality in all deliverables and work on a wide range of projects collaborating with various groups/teams. - Proactively manage assigned work to ensure timely completion, demonstrate teamwork dynamics, contribute positively to the work environment, invest in team bonding, and seek guidance and feedback actively. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in multimedia or related field. - Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). - Working knowledge of G-Suite (Google Doc, Google Slide, Google Sheet, Google Drawing objects). - Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Creative designer with 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic designing. - Ability to comprehend instructions, visualize and convert content into meaningful visual presentations. - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and an impactful design portfolio. - Out-of-the-box creative thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability to new design technologies. - Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and as a reviewer post training.,
