Job Description

Job role: Creation & Copywriting Trainer

Job location: Mysore, karnataka

Job Summary

The Document Creation & Copywriting Trainer will be responsible for training students in professional document design, content writing, and persuasive copywriting techniques. The trainer will equip learners with the skills needed to create high-quality academic, business, and creative documents using modern writing standards, formatting tools, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging training sessions on document preparation, formatting, editing, and copywriting.

Teach students how to create different types of documents such as resumes, reports, proposals, presentations, letters, brochures, and digital content.

Train learners in grammar, tone, structure, storytelling, and persuasive writing techniques.

Introduce students to tools like MS Word, Google Docs, Canva, PowerPoint, and other content-creation platforms.

Guide students in writing clear, accurate, and professional-quality copy for academic and business purposes.

Conduct practical exercises, writing assignments, and real-world projects.

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and documentation templates.

Stay updated with current writing trends, digital content standards, and document design practices.

Support students in improving communication skills and building writing confidence.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

Certification or training in copywriting, content writing, or technical writing (preferred).

Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage.

Strong understanding of document formatting, content design, and copywriting techniques.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong command over grammar, editing, proofreading, and content structure.

Proficiency in document-creation tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, etc.).

Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach students at various skill levels.

Creativity, attention to detail, and strong presentation skills.

Ability to manage classroom sessions and engage learners effectively.
