We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Document Controller, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas) and hands-on experience with Aconex.
The role involves managing, tracking, and organizing project documents to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with established processes.
Maintain and manage all project documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely updates.
Upload, track, and manage documents using Aconex.
Organize and maintain document control registers, logs, and filing systems (electronic and hard copies).
Apply advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
Monitor document revisions and ensure proper distribution to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with document control procedures and project-specific requirements.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to collect, review, and update documentation.
Generate periodic reports on document status and pending actions.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive information.
Graduate degree or diploma in Administration, or related field.
Experience as a Document Controller in construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with Aconex.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
