Job Description

Job Opportunity: MBBS Doctor (2–5 Years Experience) – rTMS Clinic, Bangalore

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Position:Full-Time, 6 days and 9 hours per day

Experience Required: 2–5 years (Post MBBS)

We are looking for an MBBS-qualified doctor with 2–5 years of clinical experience to join our team in managing patients undergoing **repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS)** therapy. This is a full-time role involving both patient care and professional psychiatrists-relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee patients undergoing rTMS treatment at the clinic.

- Ensure proper documentation, treatment records, and adherence to clinical governance protocols.

- Coordinate with internal clinical teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.

- Help build business growth and strengthen relationships with referring psychiatrists and mental health professionals. Weekly 2-3 meetings to be scheduled with referral psychiatrists. Travel allowance will be paid for all business meetings.

- Engage in networking activities with both existing and potential referral partners to expand clinical outreach.

- Provide updates to patients and families with empathy and clarity.

Candidate Requirements

- MBBS degree with 2–5 years of post-internship experience (mandatory).

- Strong clinical judgement, communication, and documentation skills.

- Interest or prior exposure in psychiatry/neuromodulation will be preferred (not mandatory).

- Ability to work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied specialists.

- Strong interpersonal skills to foster referral relationships and clinical collaborations.
