Doctor - Onsite

Role Overview: As a Loop's Team Doctor, you will be responsible for conducting online and offline primary care consultations at Loop app and/or clinics. Your main role will be to provide a high-quality, modern primary care experience for employees of large companies. For loop members, the aim is to create a 21st-century primary care experience with fixed timing appointments, digital electronic health records, tele-consultations on the mobile app, and more. This is an exciting clinical role within a rapidly growing health system. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct online OPDs, including general primary care consultations and managing acute or chronic care needs. - Conduct diagnostic tests to determine the cause and nature of diseases. - Respond to patients' medical problems by providing necessary counseling. - Document the patient's visit in the Electronic Health Records (EHR). - Assist in matching patients with the best providers for their needs in case of referrals. - Address patient queries and health concerns through mobile-app based tele-consultations. - Organize and conduct healthcare camps and talks at various loop client companies. - Actively participate in loop CPD (Continuing Professional Development). Qualifications Required: - DNB - Family Medicine / MD Internal Medicine / PGDFM Doctor with 5 years of clinical experience. - Must be empathetic and caring. - Excellent communication skills are essential. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and the local language is required. - Proficiency in learning new technologies. - Commitment to advancing knowledge of medicine and care protocols through CMEs and courses. - Looking for an ambitious individual excited to help design a high-quality primary care experience uniquely suited for India.
