Doctor Assistant cum Sales Executive

Position: Doctor Assistant cum Sales Executive (Only Female)

Location: Mehrauli (New Delhi)

Experience: 6 months minimum

Working days : Wed- Mon (Tuesday Regular off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor during consultations, diagnostics, or minor procedures
• Manage patient appointments, maintain records, and follow up as instructed
• Explain treatment plans, medications, or services to patients in simple, clear terms
• Promote health packages, wellness plans, or clinic services to walk-in and outbound patients
• Convert leads from incoming queries, referrals, and footfalls
• Coordinate with labs, pharmacy, and third-party service providers as needed
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and patient satisfaction
• Meet monthly sales targets while adhering to ethical medical practices
• Provide backend support for customer care or marketing campaigns, if required

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in preferred in (Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Nursing or related field preferred)
• Experience in a clinic/hospital/healthcare sales role
• Good communication skills and confident demeanor
• Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology and basic computer skills
• Willingness to work in shifts/weekends (if applicable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
