Doctor Assistant cum Sales Executive

As a Doctor Assistant cum Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the doctor during consultations, diagnostics, and minor procedures. Your responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, keeping records, and ensuring timely follow-ups. It will be essential to explain treatment plans, medications, and services to patients in a clear and concise manner. Additionally, you will be tasked with promoting health packages, wellness plans, and clinic services to both walk-in and outbound patients. Converting leads from various sources such as incoming queries, referrals, and footfalls will be a key part of your role. Collaboration with labs, pharmacies, and third-party service providers may also be necessary. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and patient satisfaction is paramount. Meeting monthly sales targets while upholding ethical medical practices will be expected. Furthermore, providing backend support for customer care or marketing campaigns may be required at times. To excel in this position, you should ideally hold a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field. Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare sales role will be beneficial. Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and a customer-centric approach are essential. Knowledge of healthcare terminology and basic computer skills is desirable. Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends, if needed, is also important. This full-time, permanent role will require weekend availability and proficiency in English is preferred. The job is based in Mehrauli, New Delhi.
