DM/MGR- Vehicle Personalization Design

You will be responsible for designing vehicle personalization to enhance the overall persona of the vehicles, including interior and exterior accessories. Your focus will be on improving visual appearance and accentuation, detailing parts with an emphasis on design, product quality, and experimentation. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineering, CAD modelers, and other teams to design and develop personalization concepts. To qualify for this role, you should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in personalization design and hold a Master's degree (M Des) in Automobile design, industrial design, product design, or equivalent. Proficiency in 3D form sketching, renders generation, surfacing, and 3D modeling is required. Knowledge of 3D software such as ALIAS, Rhino, and Surfacer would be advantageous. You will also be expected to study and benchmark to identify future trends in automotive interior design. Mood board and concept generation based on user research, benchmarking, and trend mapping will be essential for developing product design concepts and mood boards for various automotive personalization products.,
