As an LDC Solution Design Manager: 3rd party sales out of Operations at Novartis, you will be responsible for representing the business in the Logistics, W&D work stream to design, build, and deploy global SC Logistics W&D processes with the respective solutions for Novartis. Your main responsibilities include managing third-party sales order SCM outside operations in close collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring the proper implementation of core solutions, establishing or updating business standard operating procedures, and supporting data migration in the third-party sales process. Your role also involves coordinating and managing the end-to-end process until invoicing, understanding E2E processes in third-party order management, and successfully completing a university degree in supply chain management, logistics, information science, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess the ability to work independently, have a positive and proactive attitude, and be flexible in a fast-paced work environment. Desirable qualifications include experience in third-party order management and participation in third-party customer contact manufacturing implementation projects.
