Dispatch Supervisor

• Perform Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) of VMC CNC machines as per checklist.
• Verify machine alignment, accuracy, and performance parameters.
• Ensure proper installation of tooling, fixtures, and accessories.
• Check electrical and mechanical safety standards.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with production and quality team for rectification of issues.
• Ensure machines are properly packed and dispatched as per customer requirements.
• Monitor dispatch schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Maintain records of inspections and dispatch reports.
• Follow company’s ISO/quality management standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• Knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operation and parameters.
• Experience in quality inspection and dispatch procedures.
• Basic knowledge of electrical & mechanical drawings.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
