Job Description

Supervise and manage daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Coordinate with the production department to track order readiness and prioritize urgent dispatches. Prepare and verify all dispatch-related documents, including invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, and gate passes. Schedule and manage transportation, ensuring proper vehicle loading and route planning. Maintain stock records of dispatched and pending items. Ensure goods are packed, labeled, and loaded properly to prevent damage in transit. Communicate with customers and transporters regarding dispatch status, delays, or delivery confirmations. Monitor dispatch staff performance and ensure safety, discipline, and productivity. Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area. Report daily dispatch status to management. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,207.47 - ₹14,237.80 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
