Job Description

The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispatch department, ensuring the efficient scheduling, routing, and dispatching of vehicles and drivers. This role ensures timely deliveries, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of dispatch personnel.
Plan and schedule deliveries to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
Monitor real-time vehicle movement and handle route deviations or delays.
Assign drivers and vehicles based on delivery schedules and availability.
Maintain records of dispatch, delivery, and vehicle logs.
Ensure all dispatch documentation (invoices, delivery challans, gate passes) is complete and accurate.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and transport teams for smooth operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
