Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dispatch Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our dispatch department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all outbound shipments are correctly packaged, documented, and dispatched on time, coordinating effectively with production, warehouse, and logistics teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee daily dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Coordinate with production and sales departments to plan dispatch schedules. Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation (invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, etc.) for all outgoing consignments. Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods including transport details and delivery acknowledgments. Liaise with transporters and courier services to ensure optimal routing and timely pickup. Monitor loading of goods to avoid damage or delays and verify materials as per invoice or packing list. Implement and maintain dispatch SOPs for improved efficiency and compliance. Manage a small team of dispatch staff/labourers and ensure their productivity and discipline. Handle customer and transporter queries related to dispatches. Report dispatch status and any deviations/delays to management on a regular basis. Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols during dispatch operations. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum HSC or Graduate in any discipline. 3+ years of relevant experience in dispatch/logistics in a manufacturing environment (preferably electrical or industrial products). Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word). Knowledge of transport regulations and documentation (e-way bill, GST invoices, etc.). Good communication and organizational skills. Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure. Attention to detail and commitment to timely execution. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or certification in Logistics/Supply Chain Management. Experience with Plast ERP or similar ERP systems. Familiarity with domestic transport regulations and vendors. Work Environment: Factory/warehouse setting. Working hours: 8.30 am to 6.30 pm Must be able to supervise physical loading/unloading activities occasionally. Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Assistant to support our store operations by managing stock movement, maintaining records, and assisting with inventory control. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth inward and outward flow of raw materials and finished goods. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record inward materials and supplies as per purchase orders. Issue raw materials, components, and tools to production teams as per requirements. Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records in the ERP system. Label and store goods in an organized and accessible manner. Assist in regular physical stock checks and reconciling discrepancies. Coordinate with the procurement, production, and dispatch teams for timely movement of materials. Prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), material issue slips, and other store-related documents. Ensure safe and clean storage areas as per product handling requirements. Report low stock or excess inventory to the Store Incharge. Handle basic paperwork related to store transactions and material movement. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / ITI / Graduate in any stream. 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations (preferably in a manufacturing setup). Basic computer skills and experience with Excel and ERP systems. Good understanding of stock management principles and documentation. Physically fit to handle store activities involving movement or lifting of materials. Attention to detail, discipline, and a responsible attitude.
