We are seeking a skilled Dispatch Officer / Incharge with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Dwarka, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and dispatch operations, along with expertise in SAP for efficient supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the timely dispatch of goods and materials.
Monitor and manage delivery schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines.
Utilize SAP software for managing inventory, dispatch records, and shipment tracking.
Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and procurement teams for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate dispatch documentation and reports.
Identify and resolve any dispatch-related issues or delays proactively.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Supervise and guide dispatch team members as required.

Requirements:

4 to 8 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain roles.
Graduation from a recognized institution (any discipline).
Proven expertise in SAP modules related to logistics and inventory management.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
