Job Description

Position:

About the Company

Stainless Steel Pipes and Tubes

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain
despatch documentation
such as
Invoices, Delivery Challans, E-way Bills, Packing Lists, Transport Slips
, etc.
Coordinate with Production, QC & Stores
departments for ready material.
Ensure
correct packing, marking and loading
of SS pipes/tubes as per customer specifications.
Follow FIFO
and maintain record of material being despatched.
Liaise with
transporters / courier agencies
for vehicle arrangement.
Track and update
daily despatch reports (MIS)
Assist in
weighment, labelling and stacking of finished goods
Ensure compliance with
safety and quality protocols
during loading operations.

Skills & Requirements

Education:
HSC / Graduate / Diploma (Any discipline)
Knowledge of
Logistics / Dispatch / Store Operations
Basic understanding of
GST, E-way Bill & ERP/Excel entry
Good organisational & communication skills
Experience in Steel / Manufacturing industry
preferred
