Responsibilities: Provide efficient customer service for printers under warranty/AMC. Ensure immediate response and resolution for printer issues. Demonstrate and install printers effectively to prevent breakdowns. Request and manage spares promptly, returning defective parts timely. Submit service reports and expenses regularly. Ensure compliance with installation standards and safety norms. Build strong customer relationships and provide timely feedback. Attend calls beyond office hours and undertake frequent travel. Qualifications: Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation. Experience: 2-3 years in Printing/Packaging/Industrial Equipment. Age: 21-24 years. Other Requirements: Own a motorcycle, effective communication skills, self-starter, pleasing personality.
