Key Responsibilities
Plan daily dispatch schedules based on sales orders and production output.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams for smooth dispatch operations.
Ensure vehicles are scheduled and loaded as per plan. Prepare and verify all dispatch documents including invoice, delivery challan, e-way bill, and gate pass.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Weights & Measures, and transport regulations.
Maintain accurate dispatch records for auditing purposes.
Oversee the loading process to ensure correct product, quantity, and packaging.
Monitor handling to avoid product damage or leakage.
Ensure proper sealing and labeling before shipment.
Coordinate with transporters for vehicle availability and route planning.
Monitor vehicle turnaround time and resolve transit issues.
Maintain transporter performance records.
Monitor finished goods inventory to meet dispatch requirements.
Conduct daily stock reconciliations with the warehouse team.
Update sales/customer teams on dispatch status.
Handle dispatch-related queries and complaints.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
