Dispatch Executive (US Logistics) Dispatch Manager

As a Dispatcher at our company, your primary responsibility will be to develop delivery routes and maintain constant communication with drivers throughout the day. You will collaborate closely with management to adjust daily routes according to the needs of our customers. Answering incoming phone calls from drivers on the road and building strong relationships with both drivers and customers to effectively manage last-minute schedule changes will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will need to monitor route changes, road construction issues, and promptly establish new routes for on-time deliveries. Tracking and tracing loads will also be part of your daily tasks. Key Skills required for this role include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant tools, fluency in English and Punjabi, knowledge of trucking operations, dispatch procedures, and computer skills. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a transportation company, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English, strong coordination with other staff members, and at least 1-2 years of experience in US dispatch are essential qualifications for this position. This is a full-time role located in Mohali, Gurugram, offering a monthly salary ranging from 20,000.00 to 50,000.00.
