Designation: Dispatch Executive or Warehouse executive Experience : 01 to till Vacancy : 01 Location : Chandranagar Savli Vadodara We are Urgent Hiring Dispatch Executive at our company Trishula India Job description RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Coordinate and manage the dispatch of goods and services. · Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. · Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and prepare necessary reports Documentation warehouse processing Plan, schedule, and execute dispatches based on delivery timelines and customer requirements. Receive incoming goods, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and update inventory records. knowledge of transportation documentation (E-way bills, LR, invoices) Maintain and update export documentation records, registers, and files (digitally and physically). Ensure proper packing, labelling, and documentation for outgoing goods. Implement FIFO/LEFO and other inventory management systems as per company policy. Should be check Dispatch packaging . QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role. Multitasking abilities. Responsible and detail-oriented 1–3 years in export documentation, preferably in manufacturing or trading sectors.
