Dispatch Executive (Madurai)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Dispatch Executive to handle the daily dispatch operations of our sweets and bakery factory. The role includes preparing documents, coordinating with logistics, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare dispatch challans, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Check and verify packed goods before dispatch.
• Coordinate with production, packing, and logistics teams.
• Maintain proper records of all dispatches in the system.
• Track vehicle and delivery status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Keep the dispatch area clean, safe, and organized.
• Generate daily/weekly dispatch reports for management.

Requirements:

• Experience in Dispatch / Logistics preferred (food industry is an advantage).
• Knowledge of MS Excel / ERP systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
