The Dispatch & Planning Officer is responsible for planning the distribution of materials and coordinating all dispatch and receiving activities. The role ensures communication between logistics, warehouse, and transport teams to maintain an efficient and timely supply chain workflow. The officer plays a key role in ensuring accurate scheduling, documentation, and execution of dispatch operations.
