Job Title:

Discovery, Truesight Server Automation (TSSA), and BCM

Location:

Mumbai

Role Overview:

This multifaceted role involves managing IT infrastructure asset discovery, supporting server automation processes, and contributing to business continuity management activities. The engineer will ensure precise discovery of IT assets, assist in automating server lifecycle management, and support strategies that enhance organizational resilience and disaster recovery readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and support BMC Helix Discovery to perform automated IT asset discovery and create accurate dependency maps.

Maintain and troubleshoot discovery data consistency and integration with ITSM and CMDB platforms.

Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining TrueSight Server Automation workflows for server provisioning, patching, and compliance.

Monitor automation jobs, identify issues, and collaborate with infrastructure teams for resolution and optimization.

Support the development, documentation, and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Participate in risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical processes and vulnerabilities.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure business continuity strategies are current and effective.

Maintain clear and detailed documentation related to discovery, automation workflows, and continuity plans.
