Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at Discover Travel Academy in Chennai (Vadapalani). The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our travel and tourism courses to potential students, building strong relationships, and helping aspiring travel professionals start their careers. Job Description As a Sales Executive, you will actively drive student enrollments for Discover Travel Academy’s travel and tourism programs. This role involves interacting with leads, counseling them about the courses, guiding them through the admissions process, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will represent the academy at various promotional events, collaborate with the marketing team, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students. Roles & Responsibilities Promote and sell the academy’s courses to prospective students through phone calls, emails, in-person meetings, and social media. Handle and convert incoming inquiries and proactively generate new leads. Counsel students on course content, career opportunities, and future prospects in the travel industry. Guide students through the entire enrollment process, including documentation and payment formalities. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals. Maintain and update the student database and lead management system accurately. Follow up regularly with potential leads to ensure maximum conversion. Represent Discover Travel Academy at education fairs, workshops, seminars, and other promotional events. Provide excellent after-sales support to enrolled students and address any queries. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and share feedback with the management team. Qualifications & Skills Strong interest in sales and student counseling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is an added advantage. Graduate degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality). Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, updating lead data into the CRM system, assigning leads to the sales team, following up on customer queries, and maintaining accurate databases. You will report directly to the Customer Support Manager and support the smooth flow of customer service and sales coordination. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, emails, and inquiries from customers politely and professionally. Fetch lead data from various platforms (calls, WhatsApp, websites, references). Upload and update leads into the CRM accurately and on time. Assign leads to sales team members based on criteria provided by the manager. Ensure timely follow-up of customer queries and coordinate with sales for status updates. Maintain a clean, organized database of leads, follow-ups, and customer history. Submit weekly status reports to the Manager regarding customer interactions and lead progress. Support the team during client visits, documentation, and after-sales coordination. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or back-end support role (preferably in tours & travel industry). Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
