Disaster Recovery Specialist

The role requires you to have experience using a Cutover tool and is based in Noida, Chennai, and Bangalore with an experience range of 6 to 14 years. As part of this position, you will be responsible for executing and supporting the enterprise IT Disaster Recovery and I/S Crisis process to ensure the resumption of critical I/S services and work processes with agreed-upon service levels. Your primary responsibilities will include leading Disaster Recovery requirements gathering, recommending recovery strategies, and facilitating the implementation of recovery solutions. You will also be involved in developing and implementing business recovery plans and procedures, reviewing and expanding existing plans and protocols, and maintaining the Enterprise Disaster Recovery Plans, risk assessments, and application and technical strategies in collaboration with other teams. Additionally, you will conduct risk assessments for various departments and functions to analyze potential business impacts of unpredictable interruptions, such as natural disasters, security breaches, legal claims, and market disruptions. You will also drive the alignment of IT organization priorities and plans with key business objectives and identify, troubleshoot, and implement recovery operations and methods to ensure business functionality in case of infrastructure damage or destruction. Furthermore, you will create and facilitate practice drills for plan execution, develop and track program metrics, review, configure, and maintain business continuity and crisis management tools, and coordinate with health, safety, and security staff as well as local, state, and federal agencies to align the organization's emergency management plan with best practices and community standards. In the event of a business disruption, you will manage response coordination and communications and perform any other duties as assigned while adhering to all policies and standards.,
