Job Description

As a Director Transformation Lead, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for engaging with strategic clients and internally optimizing data annotation processes to create a competitive advantage by improving efficiency, quality, and delivery. **Responsibilities:** - **Client Solution Engineering & Integration (External Focus)** - Lead Technical Discovery & Solution Design: Conduct deep-dive technical workshops with clients to understand their workflows, data challenges, and objectives. - Architect Custom Integration Plans: Design how our platform and services will integrate into the client's AI/ML pipelines. - Act as the "Art of the Possible" Guide: Advise clients on utilizing our advanced capabilities to solve their data challenges and accelerate AI initiatives. - Bridge to the Platform Team: Translate client requirements into technical specifications for our core Platform Deployment & Management team. - Oversee Proofs of Concept (POCs): Develop targeted POCs to showcase the value of our solutions within the client's environment. - **Internal Process Transformation & Innovation (Internal Focus)** - Drive Process Excellence: Analyze HITL workflows to improve operational efficiency. - Develop AI-Powered "Co-Pilots" and Accelerators: Build internal tools and agents to support human annotators. - Engineer "Safety Nets": Implement QA systems and monitoring for consistent quality and throughput. - Champion Human-in-the-Loop Optimization: Utilize Generative AI and computer vision models to enhance workforce efficiency. - Quantify Business Impact: Measure the ROI of transformation initiatives on project margins and client TCO. **Skills & Qualifications:** - **Required Qualifications:** - Experience: 12+ years in technology with 5+ years in client-facing technical roles. - Applied AI & Process Automation: Hands-on experience in building production-grade AI/ML systems. - Generative AI Stack Expertise: Practical experience with modern Generative AI technologies. - Hybrid Skillset: Ability to operate at the intersection of technology and business strategy. - Cloud Architecture: Deep expertise in major cloud platforms and managed AI/ML services. - **Preferred Qualifications:** - Consultative Mindset: Ability to diagnose problems and guide clients towards effective solutions. - Data Annotation Domain Knowledge: Experience with data annotation platforms and data quality challenges. - Experience Building Internal Tools: Track record of building software solutions for efficiency gains. - Advanced Degree: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field is a plus. - Portfolio of Projects: Demonstrated work in building AI-driven solutions showcased through projects or case studies.,
