Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving cash management and trade finance business growth with the assigned client portfolio. This includes developing and sustaining effective client relationships, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for Cash Management, Trade products & Working Capital, and identifying trade business opportunities. You will also collaborate with implementation, client management, and service teams to ensure superior client experience. Additionally, you will participate in assigned projects/initiatives to gain exposure to broader business origination and sales strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize Transaction Banking business for International Corporate clients of the Bank, preparing an executable strategy aligned with the Bank's capabilities and clients" requirements. - Drive OPAC conversion towards agreed levels and ensure pricing meets quality deployment scorecard requirements. - Lead RFP responses, client pitches, and ensure successful conversions. - Manage deal execution, oversee implementation, and ensure revenue realization. - Recommend and implement appropriate service models for clients, maintaining ownership of overall client experience. - Adhere to internal policies, procedures, codes, and applicable external laws and regulations. - Develop and nurture partnerships with internal stakeholders and provide effective global transaction banking sales coverage. - Ensure risk identification and management in line with the Bank's policy. - Uphold the highest level of governance with no room for lapses. - Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. - Serve as a Director of the Board and exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors.
