Director- SQA Program Delivery

As a Director of SQA Program Delivery at Acentra Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring zero-defect delivery, continuous improvement, and meeting business objectives aligned with quality program delivery. You will be leading the Software Quality Assurance team and overseeing the SQA process. Your responsibilities include providing strategic direction across program releases, managing resources, cost, risk, and scope, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery of program releases. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Software Quality Assurance team and be accountable for the quality of deliveries, customer relationships, test execution, and strategy. - Oversee the Software Quality Assurance process and provide executive SQA dashboards for projects and releases. - Identify and manage test plans and related artifacts using a reusable framework. - Drive QA program focused on automation and ensure team adherence to established controls, standards, and methodologies. - Manage risk, implement mitigation plans, and encourage constant innovation in all aspects of Software Quality Assurance. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related area, or equivalent experience. - 18+ years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Leader, preferably in the healthcare industry. - Strong SQA knowledge with a successful track record of hands-on experience in the Software Quality Assurance function. In this role, you are expected to possess in-depth knowledge and demonstrable experience in various technologies and methodologies related to Software Quality Assurance. Your strategic thinking and leadership skills will be crucial in driving transformation and change management initiatives within the SQA team and aligning them with Acentra Health's overall business strategy objectives.,
