Director Pharmacy Supply Chain Warehouse/FC Operations

As a dynamic leader at Tata 1mg, you will be responsible for scaling the pharmacy fulfilment operations across India to ensure safe and timely delivery of medicines to customers. Your role will involve: - Leading operations at multi-location Fulfilment Centers for inbound dispatch. - Driving efficiency, automation, and cost optimization initiatives. - Ensuring pharma compliance with FDA, GxP, audits, and expiry management. - Collaborating on network expansion, launching new Fulfilment Centers, and preparing for peak periods. - Building and mentoring high-performing teams across India. To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications: - 10-15 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years of experience leading large multi-location Fulfilment Centers. - Previous experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or high-compliance e-commerce is preferred. - Strong expertise in fulfilment operations, compliance, manpower planning, and inventory management. - Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
