Director Pharmacy Supply Chain Warehouse/FC Operations

As a dynamic leader at Tata 1mg, you will be responsible for scaling the pharmacy fulfilment operations across India, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of medicines to customers. Your key responsibilities will include leading operations at multi-location Fulfilment Centers, driving efficiency through automation and cost optimization programs, and ensuring compliance with pharma regulations such as FDA, GxP, audits, and expiry management. Additionally, you will collaborate on network expansion, new FC launches, and peak readiness while building and mentoring high-performing teams across India. To excel in this role, you should have a solid background in supply chain management with at least 10-15 years of experience, including 5+ years of leading large multi-location FCs. Experience in the pharma, healthcare, or high-compliance e-commerce sectors is preferred. You should possess strong expertise in fulfilment operations, compliance, manpower, and inventory planning, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
