As a member of the PAS leadership team at EY focused on HR and business performance, you will work with Indian and global clients to tackle their most significant people-related challenges. Your responsibilities include scaling up the business, ensuring delivery excellence, and building high competence teams. Your role involves client relationship management, delivering insightful solutions, and managing multiple priorities effectively. - Generate profitable revenue through lead identification, delivering existing work, and winning add-ons to existing engagements - Demonstrate technical competence in organizational change management, organizational design, digital HR transformation, talent management, training and development, HR process efficiency & policy, and transactions - Lead activities such as proposal making, presentations, commercial negotiation, and business economics management - Lead project work streams from planning through implementation, managing resources and budgets effectively - Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for major change initiatives and decisions - Encourage collaboration among team members, promote an inclusive working environment, and manage and mitigate risks and issues effectively - Provide coaching and development opportunities for junior resources and peers, acting as a visible role model for the team - Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources from a Tier 1 Institute - 12+ years of work experience - GCC market and solution understanding - Core understanding of change management, upstream and downstream solutions - Ability to drive CXO and executive conversations, relationships, and storytelling EY is committed to being an inclusive employer and offers flexible working arrangements to achieve the right balance for its people.
