Director of HR Technology

The ideal candidate for this senior leadership role will have a combination of deep expertise in HR systems and cutting-edge cloud and integration capabilities. You will be responsible for shaping the technical strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring secure, scalable, and future-ready HR platforms. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering secure, scalable HR system architectures leveraging AWS cloud and SaaS platforms, leading integration of HR systems with internal applications via APIs and middleware, overseeing custom application development using cloud-native technologies and best practices, and defining the HR Tech roadmap to ensure global compliance, security, and alignment with organizational strategy. To be eligible for this role, you will need 15+ years of experience in software development with leadership experience, proven expertise in AWS cloud architecture and SaaS platform integration, hands-on knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, Dayforce, proficiency in programming in Python or C# and understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, a strong grasp of HR workflows and compliance frameworks, and excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in a global environment. Additionally, you should have experience in leading and mentoring a team of talented individuals.
