The Director of Digital Performance and B2B Development at vanel.tech, located in Ahmedabad, holds a crucial role in overseeing the establishment of vanel.tech as a global leader in B2B distribution of industrial components through an optimized digital platform. Your primary responsibility is to build, manage, and evolve a team of experts in Ahmedabad, focusing on digital excellence and strategic vision. Your main responsibilities include developing and implementing a robust digital growth strategy, ensuring the site's competitiveness by integrating cutting-edge technologies, and defining a roadmap for innovation and continuous improvement of user experience. Additionally, you will recruit and lead a high-performing team across various disciplines such as web development, UX/UI, SEO, digital marketing, data analytics, and product management, fostering a structured and collaborative work environment. You will be accountable for guaranteeing the optimal performance of vanel.tech in terms of accessibility, speed, and user engagement to maximize conversions. Your role also involves overseeing SEO strategies and digital campaigns, as well as leading the integration of innovative solutions like AI, automation, and personalized customer journey experiences. Furthermore, you will focus on driving commercial growth and global expansion by building strategic partnerships with industrial suppliers, optimizing B2B customer acquisition and retention strategies, and ensuring platform adaptability to international markets. Monitoring performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and leveraging data insights and user feedback for strategic adjustments will be essential to stay ahead of market trends and technological advancements. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital strategy and B2B e-commerce platform development, a proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams, and expertise in SEO, digital marketing, UX/UI, and data analytics. Experience in international markets, digital growth strategies, and strong knowledge of web technologies are also required. Ideally, you should hold a Masters degree (MBA, MSc) in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent, along with certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or Growth Hacking as a plus. The estimated annual gross salary for this position ranges from 2,000,000 to 2,500,000 INR, with potential bonuses based on website performance and business objectives.,
