Laxmi Vidyapeeth Sarigam, a top educational group with two schools and two colleges, is looking for a leader to be our Campus Director. This is a great chance for someone with a lot of experience to lead our campus, help us grow, and continue our history of great education.

Your Job:

As the Campus Director, you will be in charge of everything on campus. Your main jobs will be to:

• Lead and guide all the school and college departments.
• Manage everything from student life to faculty, buildings, and money.
• Make sure we continue to have great teaching and learning.
• Build good relationships with students, teachers, parents, and the community.
• Help the school grow and succeed.

A big part of this job is also keeping everyone on campus safe. You will be responsible for:

• Creating and using safety plans and emergency procedures.
• Working with local police and emergency teams.
• Checking for any security weak points and fixing them.
• Watching over all security systems, like cameras and entry points.
• Teaching students and staff about safety.

This job is for a leader who can inspire people, handle big challenges, and help our schools move forward while keeping everyone safe.
