Location: India (Global Market Focus US, EU, Middle East)

Role Overview

The Director – Marketing will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s global marketing strategy to drive brand positioning, demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue enablement across IT services and solutions. This role requires strong B2B technology marketing expertise, leadership capability, and close alignment with Sales, Business Development, and Delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

Define and own the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.

Position the company as a trusted IT services partner across global markets.

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team (digital, content, branding, performance marketing).

Drive a data-driven, ROI-focused marketing culture.

2. Demand Generation & Revenue Enablement

Design and execute lead generation and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for:

Managed IT Services

Cloud & DevOps

Cybersecurity

IT Support & Staff Augmentation

Collaborate closely with Sales to:

Improve lead-to-opportunity conversion

Support large deal pursuits with campaigns and collateral

Own marketing contribution to sales pipeline and revenue targets.

3. Digital Marketing & Performance

Oversee all digital marketing initiatives:

Website strategy & conversion optimization

SEO, SEM, paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)

Marketing automation & CRM integration

Track and optimize CAC, CPL, ROI, funnel performance.

4. Brand, Content & Thought Leadership

Strengthen brand credibility through:

Whitepapers, case studies, blogs, videos, webinars

Industry events, tech forums, and partnerships

Establish the company as a thought leader in IT services and emerging technologies.Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.

5. Market Research & Go-to-Market (GTM)

Conduct market, competitor, and customer research.

Identify new service opportunities, verticals, and geographies.

Drive GTM strategies for new offerings and solutions.

6. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with:

CEO & Leadership Team

Sales & Business Development

Delivery & Engineering

HR & Employer Branding

Support employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.

Key Skills & Competencies

Mandatory

Strong experience in B2B IT Services Marketing

Proven success in demand generation and pipeline growth

Expertise in digital marketing, automation, analytics

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability

Preferred

Experience marketing managed services / cloud / DevOps / cybersecurity

Exposure to global markets (US, UK, Europe)

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads

Experience in scaling marketing for mid-sized IT services companies

Educational Qualification

MBA / Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

Certifications in digital marketing or growth marketing are a plus
