Role Overview: You are responsible for overseeing all technical aspects and technological resources of the organization to drive organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the company's technology vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Design and implement a robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure to support rapid business growth. - Ensure best-in-class security protocols, data privacy compliance, and regulatory adherence in fintech and banking operations. - Partner with business heads to leverage technology for market expansion and customer experience enhancement. - Develop digital platforms to support the new EV distribution vertical, including e-commerce, supply chain management, and digital financing solutions. - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team to drive innovation and efficiency. - Oversee relationships with technology partners, vendors, and third-party service providers. - Plan and manage the technology budget, optimizing costs while ensuring top-tier performance. Qualification Required: - B.Tech/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional Details: This is a full-time, permanent job with a day shift schedule based in Gurgaon, Haryana. You should have at least 15-20 years of experience with expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, blockchain, and cybersecurity. It is essential to have 10 years of experience in API Technology Strategy & Leadership, Product Development of fintech and banking solutions, and EV Distribution Tech Solutions. The work location is in-office in Gurgaon, and applicants must be comfortable with this setup.
