Director - Fintech IT Services

As a Director of Fintech IT Services at our Gurgaon office, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all technical aspects and technological resources of our organization to drive organizational growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the company's technology vision in alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure to support rapid business growth. Ensuring best-in-class security protocols, data privacy compliance, and regulatory adherence in fintech and banking operations will be a key priority. Collaboration with business heads to leverage technology for market expansion and enhancing customer experience will be essential. You will also lead the development of digital platforms to support the new EV distribution vertical, encompassing e-commerce, supply chain management, and digital financing solutions. Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing technology team to drive innovation and efficiency will be a vital aspect of your role. Additionally, overseeing relationships with technology partners, vendors, and third-party service providers, and managing the technology budget while optimizing costs for top-tier performance will be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a B.Tech/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Your technical skills should include expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), strong knowledge of AI/ML, blockchain, and cybersecurity, and proficiency in API technology strategy & leadership. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Gurgaon, requiring a day shift schedule.
